You’ll need a drill, a screwdriver, a level, a tape measure, and the mounting hardware that comes with your TV mount. If you don’t have a stud finder, you can use a hammer and a nail to locate the studs. You may also want to have some wire ties, a cord cover, or a cord concealer on hand to tidy up the cables. These are the things you need!
Hold the mounting plate against the wall where you want to mount your TV and use a level to make sure it is straight. Mark the locations of the mounting holes on the wall, then drill pilot holes and attach the mounting plate to the wall using the screws provided.
